Students Can't See Anything

If your students cannot see anything but a blank screen in campfire mode or they see a blank screen in their workspace, the following troubleshooting steps might help resolve the issue.

  1. Confirm they can use the Chrome browser elsewhere without issue
  2. Refresh the page
  3. Log out and back in
  4. Reboot the computer
  5. Plug into the router via an ethernet cable
  6. Try another device
