Students Can't See Anything
If your students cannot see anything but a blank screen in campfire mode or they see a blank screen in their workspace, the following troubleshooting steps might help resolve the issue.
- Confirm they can use the Chrome browser elsewhere without issue
- Refresh the page
- Log out and back in
- Reboot the computer
- Plug into the router via an ethernet cable
- Try another device
