Slow and lagging performance

If your computer is responding slowly, it might indicate either a computer network or device issue. 

To check your network speed, run a speed test:

  1. Run a Speed Test here
  2. If your network speed is less than 8Mbps for download / 1.5Mbps for upload, this might result in an unstable connection

General steps to improve network speeds and connection:

  1. Move closer to the router
  2. Plug directly into the router via an Ethernet cable
  3. Close tabs, downloads, or other applications that may be using bandwidth

To check if it might be a device issue:

  1. Closing other applications that might be running
  2. Closing other tabs that you do not need
  3. Refresh Saga Connect
  4. Sign out and then sign back in
  5. Reboot
    1. Windows: Click the Start > Power > Restart
    2. Mac: Click the Apple Menu > Restart
    3. Chromebooks: Click the time > Power > Restart
