Toolbar or other features missing or not working

If you are running into behavior where certain tools or features of Saga Connect are either missing or not working, these troubleshooting steps might help.

If you are on the Campfire screen (the default screen when you join a tutorial), go to the Workspaces screen by pressing this button.

Once on the Workspaces screen, the toolbar, upload button, and other options are available from an Individual Workspace. To get to an Individual Workspace, hover over the person whose workspace you want to visit and press the Zoom Into Workspaces button.

Now, the toolbar with the various options will be available on the right-hand side.

If things are not working, you can also try these steps:

  • Resizing your browser (drag the edge of your window around)
  • Refreshing the browser
  • Sign out/ sign in
