Advanced troubleshooting (not A/V related)
If you are experiencing unexpected behavior during a Saga Connect session, the following information will help the support desk identify your issue. Note that if you are experience camera or microphone issues, please refer to the camera and microphone article instead.
- Please capture the URL that you are on in the session. It will contain the session ID, and help with troubleshooting.
- Please capture the computer type, operating system, and version of Chrome you are using.
- Provide a screen capture or short video of the issue you are experiencing.
- Provide the output from the console log using the Chrome Developer Tools
- Click the three vertical dots on the top right corner of the Chrome browser window
- Click More Tools
- Click Developer Tools
- This will open the Console log. The console log will provide any warning and error messages that might occur. Please take a screenshot of the errors and include it when talking with the support desk.
- Warnings are generally shown in yellow, and can be ignored
- Errors are generally shown in red, and might help us track down issues
