Quality Tutoring Framework (QTF) Reporting

Reporting on your tutors' QTF progress can be found on the Reports tab → Quality Tutoring Framework sub-tab.

• This report includes ratings for all tutors in the program as well as individual evaluations lower on the page.
• Use the drop-down at the top left to filter ratings report by Latest, Highest, Average or All.

• To view evaluations for a specific person and session, first select a tutor's name from the drop-down and then choose a session from the list. Click the Open button to expand or make changes to evaluations you've completed.

• To create an evaluation for a tutor that is not attached to a particular session, click the Add New QTF button to open up a window to add ratings and feedback. This is a useful tool for adding notes related to in-person tutorials or to summarize feedback across several shorter observations. These evaluations show up in the list once complete.

• Note that tutors do not currently have access to these rating or notes through the Saga Connect platform. These notes are for your reference during coaching conversations.
