Observation & AI Feedback

Accessing AI Feedback on Saga Connect:

1. Sign in to Your Admin Account:
   • Log in to your admin account using your credentials.
2. Navigating to the Observation Tab:
   • Click on the "Observation" tab located on the main dashboard.
3. Viewing Current and Past Sessions:
   • Upon entering the Observation tab, you'll find a list of tutors near the top.
   • Click on a tutor to filter sessions for that specific tutor, otherwise all current and past sessions show.
4. Adjusting Time Period:
   • On the right-hand side, you can modify the period to view sessions for:
     • One week
     • One month
     • Three months
5. Accessing AI Feedback:
   • Click the "AI Feedback" button to receive relevant feedback when reviewing past sessions.
   • This feedback includes:
     • Talk Patterns for the session
     • Observation Focus
6. Selecting an Observation Focus:
   • Under the Fellows section at the top, choose an Observation Focus.
   • Available AI Feedback focuses include:
     • Math Talk and Student Exploration
     • Productive Struggle
     • Purposeful Questions
     • Ratio
     • Rigor
7. Interpreting AI Feedback:
   • Upon selecting an Observation Focus, a scatterplot will appear, displaying sessions within the chosen period and feedback related to the Observation Focus.
   • If the Observation Focus includes multiple Talk Moves, they will be highlighted in different colors.
   • You can select or deselect Talk Moves for the Observation Focus at the top of the scatterplot.
8. Accessing Detailed Session Information:
   • Clicking on a data point within a session in the scatterplot will provide access to the recording, transcripts, and Talk Moves associated with that session.
