AI Feedback: Scatterplot

Administrators (and in some programs, Tutors) have access to AI summary data in the form of a scatterplot of past sessions.

• The scatterplot shows how a tutor’s use of a selected QTF skill changes over time.
• Each data point on the chart represents a tutoring session.
• The Y axis represents the count of AI-identified Look-Fors related to that skill.
• The data may be grouped by period/pod

How to Access

Admins

• Go to Sessions > Past Sessions
• You'll find a list of tutors near the top.
• Click on a tutor to filter sessions for that specific tutor, otherwise all current and past sessions show.

Tutors (if enabled for your organization)

• Go to Professional Development > AI Insights
• Scatterplot appears below the 3 summary metrics (Talk Ratio, Time to Think, > 1 Word Answer)

Filter Scatterplot Data

• You have the option update the timeframe and Quality Tutoring Framework skill displayed on the chart
• Timeframes:
  • Past week
  • Past month
  • Past three months
• AI Insights
  • Student Talk ratio
  • All 7 QTF skills

Accessing Detailed Session Information:

• Click on a data point to access the recording, transcripts, and other AI insights associated with that session.
