Quality Tutoring Framework (QTF) Evaluations
Use the Past Sessions sub-tab under Sessions to conduct Observations and use AI Feedback.
- Select a tutor you'd like to observe from those shown.
- Then choose a session to observe. Click the Observe button on the right of the session slug.
- This will open up the Past Session Viewer to review the session recording and provide ratings and notes for the skill areas shown on the left of the window.
At the top left of this screen you are able to review some key AI feedback such as Talk Ratio, Time to Think and >1 Word as shown below.
- Leave ratings and notes on the QTF tab.
- All ratings and notes will be saved automatically.
Evaluations can be reviewed or edited again via Past Sessions and also on the Reports tab.
