View Recordings and Transcripts
Viewing Recordings:
- Sign into your admin account
- Navigate to the Sessions Tab
- Click "Past Sessions" and select the time frame you wish to observe sessions from,
- Time frames are either a week, a month, or 3 months
- Find the session you want to view the recording for, and click to "open" the session details
- Find the Observe icon on the right-hand side
- Click the play button to start the recording
- You can adjust the volume and other settings with the icons on the right of the play button
- You can select Transcripts on the left-hand section to view the transcription
- You can download the recording and transcripts for the session with the options in the lower left of the Transcript
- Recordings may also present a timeline of the session where various categorized actions occur. If these show, they will be below the recording. Hovering your mouse over the various colored blips will highlight the categories that the event captures. It may also preview what was said at that time. Clicking anywhere in the timeline will skip the recording to that moment.
