How to collaborate with my students

Working with Students on Saga Connect:

1. Accessing Workspaces:
   • Click on the "Workspaces" view button

     • 

2. Navigating All Workspaces:
   • This action directs you to the "All Workspaces" page, displaying all student workspaces simultaneously.

     • 

3. Observing Students' Work:
   • While on the "All Workspaces" page, you can watch students' work, but direct interaction is not possible.
4. Entering a Workspace:
   • Hover over any video circle and click the "Zoom Into Workspaces" button to enter a specific workspace.

     • 

   • Each participant, including you as the tutor and all students, has their own workspace.
5. Exploring the Workspace View:
   • Upon entering a workspace, you'll notice a toolbar and other controls available.
6. Bringing Everyone Together:
   • If you wish to collaborate in the same workspace, click "Bring All Scholars" to merge everyone into one workspace.

     • 

   • All participants' video circles will be highlighted in green, indicating they are in the same space.
7. Ending Collaboration:
   • Click "Release All Scholars" to return students to their individual workspaces once collaboration is complete.

     • 

   • You, as the tutor, will remain in the workspace until returning to the "All Workspaces" view.
8. Exiting a Workspace:

• To return to the "All Workspaces" view, click the appropriate button.
