How to get back to the 'Join a Session' screen
Returning to the 'Join a Session' Screen:
- Refreshing the Page:
If you're already in a session and need to return to the 'Join a Session' screen, simply refresh the page.
Automatic Navigation:
If you're signing in as a student or starting a session as a tutor, you'll be automatically directed to the 'Join a Session' screen.
Resolving Common Issues:
- Many common issues can be resolved by refreshing the page and selecting your inputs again.
Important Note:
- Reloading the page will not remove students from the session. They will still be present but unable to interact with others (i.e., their audio/video is disabled, and they cannot chat).
- Once you rejoin the session, audio, video, and chat functionalities will be re-enabled for all participants.
