Student Log In Issues

If a student cannot log in to Saga Connect:

  1. Test your student's account. On your computer, open an incognito browser by right-clicking on Chrome, and clicking 'New Incognito Window'. Now log in as the student using their login information.
  2. Ensure students are using the correct URL: https://my.sagaeducation.org/connect/login
  3. Ensure that the student is typing their email address correctly (ask them to share their screen if possible)
  4. Ensure that the student is typing their password correctly (have them press the eye button to make the password they are typing visible).
  5. Have students type out credentials rather than copying and pasting (if they have been copying/pasting). Copying and pasting can lead to copying invisible characters - for example, a trailing space.
