Student Log In Issues
If a student cannot log in to Saga Connect:
- Test your student's account. On your computer, open an incognito browser by right-clicking on Chrome, and clicking 'New Incognito Window'. Now log in as the student using their login information.
- Ensure students are using the correct URL: https://my.sagaeducation.org/connect/login
- Ensure that the student is typing their email address correctly (ask them to share their screen if possible)
- Ensure that the student is typing their password correctly (have them press the eye button to make the password they are typing visible).
- Have students type out credentials rather than copying and pasting (if they have been copying/pasting). Copying and pasting can lead to copying invisible characters - for example, a trailing space.
