Sentiment Reporting

At the end of each session, a sentiment check occurs for both students and tutors to provide feedback about how the session went.

Sentiment ratings and notes can be captured both in Saga Connect and the Saga Connect Mobile Attendance app.

Sentiment Checks in Saga Connect

From Saga Connect, the tutor presses End Session & Send Survey at the end of the session.

A pop-up allows the tutor to fill in a sentiment ratings and feedback notes in general and for each student in the session.

Sentiment Checks in Mobile Attendance App

The sentiment check in the mobile app is a bit different because students do not receive their own surveys on their devices. This is generally done for in-person tutoring that is not on Saga Connect.

At the end of a session, the Tutor presses End the Session in the app and the sentiment pops up for each student to complete by passing the device around to collect everyone's feedback. At the end the tutor can leave a general sentiment and feedback as well as ratings and notes on each student in the session.

Admin Reports

These ratings are collected and are reflected for admins to see on the Dashboard Overview.

Sentiment by Period
Sentiment by Tutor

Sentiment checks are intended to give a general idea about how sessions are going from both the tutor and student perspective. Admins can filter by both Tutor and Period to get a better understanding of how things are going in tutorials.
