Superscript & Subscript

You can enter superscript and subscript notation when using the f(x) tool by typing ^ to start superscript and _ to start subscript.

Action Character Key Combination
Superscript ^ Shift + 6
Subscript _ Shift and -

You can use the arrow keys to move between the superscript, normal, and subscript sections of the function.
