Help Tool

The Help Tool can be found in the hamburger menu in the upper right corner of the screen while in the Tutor Dashboard, the Mosaic overview or in a workspace. Using the Help Tool will make getting support for issues, as well as reporting issues, easier in the moment. To bring up the Help Tool while in the Tutor Dashboard or in a session, refer to the images below.

Clicking the Help button will bring up the Help Beacon. The Help Beacon has two major sections, the Answers and Ask sections. The Answer section has articles with instructions and further steps already written out for common issues. The Ask section is where you can send in an email or start a chat to get more support at the moment.

While using The Chat feature, you can close the beacon without ending the chat. Ending the chat will stop the chat and provide an email transcript of the conversation, with images and other content provided. Closing the chat does not stop the chat. The chat can be brought up again by bringing up the Help Tool again. The chat can be ended by clicking the "End Chat" button in the upper right corner of the Help Beacon.
